General Counselling

General counselling offers a supportive environment where you can explore personal challenges, develop coping strategies and enhance emotional wellbeing.

With over 15 years of experience as a professional counsellor, I specialise in creating a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, loss, relationship issues, significant life transitions or the effects of trauma, my approach is empathetic, deeply collaborative and supportive.

I take the time to understand your unique experiences and perspectives, ensuring you feel truly heard and valued.

Clients often commend my ability to offer insights and clarity, helping them gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their situations.

I bring a personal manner and a touch of humour to our sessions, making it easier to unpack even the most complex issues.

Carer Counselling

Carer counselling provides a confidential space for those who assist family members or friends with disabilities, chronic illnesses, mental health conditions, or aging related needs.

People can find themselves as carers unexpectedly.

Caring is a profound act of compassion, but it can also be a challenging and an isolating experience.

Carers can experience a sense of exhaustion and personal depletion, social isolation, complex grief and trauma, a sense of guilt or blame, anxiety and/or depression, and often a loss of self and identity. Although these experiences are not unique to carers, they do occur within the context of a caring role and so are inseparable from this.

As a professional counsellor for carers with over 15 years of experience, I offer specialised support tailored to the unique challenges faced by carers within the carer context.

I adopt a collaborative and supportive approach, ensuring you feel truly heard and valued.

Clients often commend my ability to offer insights and clarity, helping them gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their situation.

I bring a personal manner and a touch of humour to our sessions, making it easier to unpack even the post complex issues.
